This is a build that pushed Leon's assassin nature to its maximum potential. I have achieved Star Player in ≥90% of the Diamond Ranked matches with this build.I know people will probably disagree with my choice for the star power, but from my experiences, the mobility and damage this build provides will allow you to easily flank the enemies, which can be game-changing in modes including: gem grab, knockout, bounty. You can essentially cycle your super by closing-in on the enemy, deal full hits on the enemy with 2 ammo slots(will kill most brawlers), and you next super will be ready or almost ready in most occasions.In addition, when you use the super with the hypercharge, you get a ridiculous speed buff which will almost guarantee a free kill and a new super.I have attached a 2 mins clip of a round of bounty to show you how easily you can cycle super with this Leon build. I started cycling supers (and a hypercharge) at 01:05, ending with 6 kills | 0 death | 52803 Dmg.

Gem Grab
If anyone in your team can save the game in the last 10 seconds, it is you. Get your hypercharge ready and enjoy almost certainly a win when enemy holds 10 or more gems and is in defense.
Knockout
Deploy clones as frequently as possible; charge up your super and flank the enemies.
Bounty
Deploy clones as frequently as possible; charge up your super and flank the enemies.
